Curious Stuff! 

Here is a picture I found on the net of a satellite being transported on a bullock cart. From the fashionable clothes of the person in the picture, it appears to be from sometime in the 1980s.  

Tamil 

A lovely language, one of the worlds oldest too! I was happy to earn a gold medal for topping tamil language studies during undergraduate studies. Fantastic literary works in tamil are plenty.

Music

His recent oratorio is pretty good work in fusing western and Indian classical music. It upsets the orthodox people because it renders traditional hindu hymns in western styles, but it is good creative music that I enjoy listening. http://www.raaja.com/thiruvasagam.html   

An Italian conductor likes Ilaiyaraja's music so much that he convinced Ilaiyaraja to perform live in Itlay. The music is lovely, and he composed a tune with just 3 notes for the occassion, among his other songs. You can hear some samples on the web here. http://www.agimusic.com

This is a sport I like to watch. I like the idea of expensive fast hi-tech cars, doing more than just rounds. However, recently, it seems like it's hard for these cars to provide exciting overtaking, simply because they rely so much on aerodynamic effeciency. Still, some overtaking is possible where the drivers dare to, or when slower cars get lapped. :) Michael Schumacher is my favourite driver, and undoubtedly a legend. He has won far more championships and races than any other driver in the long Grand Prix history.
